Anderson Township is about fifteen minutes from our door in Milford, which makes it one of the easiest places for us to get to. Ranches, splits, and 1970s colonials are exactly the houses we work on all week. Flat rate every time, and a firm price before we start.

Fifteen minutes down Beechmont
Anderson Township sits just across the river bend from Milford, and Beechmont Avenue puts us at most addresses in the township in about fifteen minutes. That matters more than it sounds. A shorter drive means we can fit a small job into a day that already has work in it, and it means the travel time is not quietly baked into what you pay. Forestville, Mount Washington, Five Mile, Clough Pike, Salem Road, Newtown Road — all of it is comfortable territory for us.
Built for the township's ranches and split-levels
Most of Anderson went up between the 1960s and the 1980s, and it shows in a good way: single-story ranches, split-levels and bi-levels, and two-story colonials on generous lots. The construction is solid, but the fittings are now forty or fifty years old. Outlets no longer grip a plug. Bathroom faucets have been dripping so long nobody notices. Original hollow-core interior doors sag on their hinges and catch on the jamb. Builder-grade light fixtures from 1978 are still hanging there. Every one of those is a flat-rate job we do routinely.
Basements, decks, and the projects that never got finished
Split-levels and walkout basements mean Anderson has more half-finished lower levels than almost anywhere else on the east side. We frame closet and partition walls, build real shelving instead of sagging wire racks, and add solid blocking in the wall so a TV mount has something to bite into. Outside, the decks that went in during the 1990s are due for rail and board repair. If the job crosses into structural or permit territory, we say so on the phone instead of after the wall is open.
- Short drive — fifteen minutes from Milford, so travel time isn't padding the price
- 40-year-old fittings — worn outlets, dripping faucets, sagging doors — the township's most common calls
- Honest limits — permit-level and structural work gets referred out, not dabbled in
