Junk removal,
loaded and gone.
One couch or a whole garage. We do the lifting, the carrying and the loading, and it leaves with us — you don't touch it and you don't rent anything. Priced by the load, and you get the number before we load a thing.
- Owner-operated — you talk to the person doing the work
- Same-week availability
- 90-day labor warranty
The stuff that's been in the garage for nine years.
One item or one whole garage
Some calls are a single sleeper sofa that will not fit in anybody's car. Others are a garage that has not been parked in since 2017. Both are the same job to us, just different sizes, and both are priced by how much room the load takes up rather than by an hourly clock. You get a firm number before anything moves. Text a photo of the pile and you will usually have the price back the same day, which is faster than most people can even find a dumpster rental price.
You don't have to drag it to the curb
The part people dread is not the hauling, it is getting a three-hundred-pound armoire up the basement stairs first. That is included. We come to where the thing actually sits — basement, attic, shed, second floor, back of the garage behind everything else — and carry it out ourselves. Narrow stairwells, tight turns and low ceilings in older Cincinnati houses are the normal case here. Bring the straps and the dollies, take the doors off if the opening demands it, and get it out without wrecking the drywall on the way.
Clear-outs, turnovers and cleanouts
Bigger jobs come in three flavors. A garage, basement or attic that has quietly filled for a couple of decades. A rental that needs everything gone between tenants, on a schedule. And an estate or a move where a whole house has to be emptied and the family has enough going on already. All three get walked and quoted flat before we start, so nobody is watching a meter run. Where something is genuinely worth donating we will say so and can set it aside rather than treat it as trash.
What we can't take
There are things a truck should not carry, and we would rather tell you now than on the day. No paint, solvents, chemicals, motor oil, fuel or propane tanks. No asbestos, and nothing that might be — in older Cincinnati houses that means old pipe wrap and some floor tile, and it needs a specialist rather than us. No medical or biological waste. Tires, large appliances with refrigerant, and televisions sometimes carry a separate disposal fee depending on where they go; if yours is in the pile we will tell you before we quote, not after.
Adding to the list while we're there?
Bundle another job into the same visit and we'll quote it all as one flat price.
Send a photo of the pile — get your flat price.
Text or email a photo of what needs to go and we'll have a firm flat number back to you, usually within one business day. Owner-operated, same-week, 90-day labor warranty on every job we install.
