Before you call
What does flat rate actually mean?
You get one firm number for the job before any work starts — not a range, and not an hourly rate that grows while somebody figures the job out. Text a photo and a sentence about what you need, and the price comes back to you, usually within one business day. If the job turns out to be different from the photo, you hear about it before we proceed, not on the invoice.
Do you charge to come out and look?
Most jobs get priced from a photo without anyone driving out, which is faster for you and cheaper for everybody. If a job genuinely needs eyes on it first, we say so when you call.
What areas do you cover?
Greater Cincinnati and the closer parts of Northern Kentucky, working out from Milford. That covers the east and northeast side heavily — Anderson Township, Loveland, Mason, Montgomery, Madeira, Mariemont, Terrace Park, Newtown, Hyde Park, Oakley, Blue Ash, Indian Hill, Batavia and Union Township — plus West Chester and Fort Thomas.
Can I bundle several small jobs into one visit?
Yes, and it's the cheapest way to use us. Build your list, send it over, and the whole visit gets quoted as one flat price. Four small jobs in one trip always costs less than four separate trips.
What won't you do?
Anything needing a permit or a licensed trade — load-bearing structure, gas connections, main-line drain work, panel work, roofing, asbestos. You'll be told that on the phone rather than after a wall is open, and pointed toward the right trade.
How soon can you get here?
Same-week is standard. Holiday light hanging is the one exception — December has a fixed number of good weather days, so that books up well in advance.
